Lawn Fawn beach themed birthday cards

Hello and welcome. Here are a few more cards following on from the beach theme shadow box made for an upcoming birthday. Lawn Fawn's beach theme sets are so much fun to mix and match and looks great in any medium.

This card is set within Mama Elephant's 'Tri Window' die and is a great way to create and frame each scene. There is so much versatility in using this tri window die and the scene building possibilities are endless.

Both copic markers and Ranger distress inks used for the images and background elements. Water spritzing used for added texture and interest.

The second card uses the fun pineapple image from Aloha set to create a summery, sunset, tropical card. The multi stamped pineapple background has been watercoloured in using Gansai Tambi watercolours and white heat embossed resist to give a fun whimsical watercoloured feel.

Ranger distress inks Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade used for the sunset background with water spritzing for added texture.

The photo frame with the palm trees is a great element to add to the scene, capturing the warm sunset glow.

The palm trees have been watercoloured in using Zig Clean Color real brush markers.

Strathmore Bristol smooth cardstock used for the card as it's perfect for all the mediums used.

I hope you have found inspiration, beach themed cards are always fun to make and using these Lawn Fawn sets makes them even more special. Thank you so much for stopping by, 'till next time - Happy Crafting! :)
